Mango Salsa


The best recipes are the ones passed down for generations. This recipe is my husband’s grandmother’s recipe and it is YUM-MAZING! One of the great things about this recipe is that it is so versatile. Top it on chicken, salmon or just grab a tortilla chip and dig in! 


 Serves: 4
Ingredients:

1 Mango
½ cup parsley
½ cup tomato
1/4 cup of red onion
3 Green Onions
1 Lemon
½ Tbsp Sugar
Salt & Paper to taste



         1. Chop the mango, parsley, green onion, tomato and red onion.
         2. Mix all the ingredients together and add lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper until it taste just right
 3. Top over chicken or salmon
